TIP: If you choose to have Sage HR integrated with Sage 50 Payroll (UK only) when you first set up your company, a Payslips & P60s feature is included where you can upload payslips and P60s to Sage HR. Employees can then access these payslips online when they log in to Sage HR. This version of Sage HR is called Sage HR Online Services.
Not quite.Sage HR Online Servicesis the online payslips portal included with Sage 50 Payroll (UK only). Employees can log in using the Sage HR platform to view their payslips and P60s online.
Sage HR modules can be added to Sage HR Online Services to help make your day to day HR processes easier. You won't have the Sage HR modules until you choose to add them alongside your Online Services. TheSage HRmodules are totally optionalto subscribe to, they are just there for you if and when you want to use them. You can set up these modules at any time. All of the modulesyou can trial first too.

Core HR
Key features of the Core HR module:
Tasks - quickly update colleagues on tasks that need doing or have been completed
Dashboard- employees manage their dashboard, to view tasks, calendar, etc.
Employee profiles- view and edit profiles for every employee
Onboarding and offboarding - when employees are joining or leaving, be able to automate the process by assigning them various tasks from a predefined list
Recipes- create custom workflows that are automated after specific actions are made
Company- view your company structure and employee directory
Documents- upload, share, and view documents
Reports- various reports to get the information you need quickly, as well as additional reports based on the modules you use
Announcements- compose internal company update posts that employees can interact with via emoji reactions and comments
Compensation - keep track of employees' current and historic salaries
Training - manage what training is required for your employees
Assets - manage and keep track of your asset inventory
NOTE:If you are a Sage 50 People Package customer, you have the Core HR module included as part of your package which you can set up straight away. You can then subscribe to Leave Management and other Sage HR modules if or when you want to use them. If you're unsure whether you have the Core HR module, it's easy to check.
