To resolve this issue, disable the 'Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption' in your Windows settings. - Press the Windows key + R.
- In the Run window, enter secpol.msc then click OK.
The Local Security Policy windows appears.
- Expand Local Policies and click Security Options.
- Scroll down and double-click System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing.

- Select Disabled then click OK and close the Local Security Policy window.
NOTE: If you create a new company with FIPS enabled, when you log in, the program will prompt you to set a password and security questions.
