Sage 200 Business Intelligence Issues following updates

Dear Partner,

We're writing to follow up our previous communication on 04 May 2021. This was in regards to updates being applied by Microsoft to Microsoft Office, that may have affected the functionality of Sage 200 Business Intelligence.

Microsoft have released further updates for Office versions 2013 and 2016, that resolve the issue.

Details on how to install Microsoft updates can be found on the Microsoft website.

As the update is provided by another software vendor, you should speak to your IT department before applying it.
