Sage 200 Business Intelligence Issues following updates Notice 21-BW | 04 May 2021
Dear Partner, Following updates being applied by Microsoft to Microsoft Office, Sage 200 Business Intelligence functionality may be affected. Find out more about these updates> Microsoft has identified known issues with the update. You can find out more about the patches via the links below: Microsoft is currently investigating the issues and will update the links above when a solution is available. Please be aware that while it has been reported that uninstalling KB4504726 for Microsoft Office 2013 and KB4504722 for Microsoft Office 2016 has then allowed the Business Intelligence reports to be generated, we do not recommend this. As these are security updates provided by another software vendor, you should speak to your IT department.
We understand that many of our customers use Sage 200 Business Intelligence, but as it needs Excel add-ins to function, we are reliant on Microsoft identifying a solution. We will therefore stay in close contact with them to ensure we can update you as a matter of urgency when a solution is found. |
