- This will download automatically to your downloads folder, or click Save.
- To begin the installation, locate and double-click [BCB:262:UKI - Sage 50 Accounts full download version number:ECB]
To view your Downloads folder, press Ctrl + J on your keyboard. - If prompted, click Yes to allow this app to make changes to your device.
- Select the I accept the terms of the Licence Agreement check box and click Next.
- Click the Standard (recommended) installation type and click Yes, begin installation.
- Once complete, the software checks for any updates, if prompted click Install then click Yes, begin installation.
- If prompted to restart your computer, make sure you have any work saved, then click Restart now.
- If not prompted to restart, to complete the install, click Close, then click Close.
3 - Create your company data Now you've installed the software on your client computers, you need to create your company data. - I am starting from scratch
- Open Sage 50 Accounts.
- In the Add a Company window click Create.
- Click Continue then enter your software Serial number, Activation key and Account number.
You can find these on your order confirmation email. - Click Next, then to confirm your licence, click OK and click OK.
- To create your new company, enter your details, clicking Next on each window.
- Once you have entered all your details, in the Summary window click Create.
- Enter your manager Password you created during the process then click OK.
- I have a backup to restore
- Open Sage 50 Accounts.
- In the Add a Company window click Restore.
- Click Browse, then browse to the path of your backup, then click Open.
- Click Continue then enter your software Serial number, Activation key and Account number.
You can find these on your order confirmation email. - Click Next, then to confirm your licence, click OK and click OK.
- Click Restore and enter your Logon name and Password then click OK.
4 - Final check Great news! If you've followed the steps above you're now ready to start using the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts.
