When trying to install Sage 50 Accounts, you can see the following error:

Error 1638

'Another version of this program is already installed'.

This error usually appears if you're trying to install the same version of Sage 50 Accounts that's already installed on your computer.

To resolve this, you need to remove an installation.

 TIP: If there's no installation to remove, as a workaround you can install Sage 50 Accounts directly from the installation files.
