The Transactions module
Description

The Transactions module is really important because it displays all customer, supplier, journal and bank transactions entered into your software in one place. This list is referred to as your audit trail and you can use it to check old transactions and report on your business. You can also make transaction corrections from here.

TIP: You can remove fully paid and reconciled transactions from the audit trail. Read more >

Unallocate If you have posted a receipt or credit against an invoice in error, you can use the Unallocate option to unlink the transactions. For example, a sales receipt (SR) becomes a payment on account (SA) when it is unallocated, and it can then be allocated against a different invoice.

To delete a transaction, select the transaction then click Delete.

Some transactions cannot be deleted and must be reversed, for example, VAT reconciled transactions.
