After creating your sales order, you need to allocate stock before you record any despatch of goods. NOTE: To allocate the full order, use the Allocate stock option. - Click Sales orders or Quotations.
- Select the sales order or quote you require, then click Amend allocations.
- In the Allocated column, enter the quantity you want to allocate for each product.
If Sage 50 Accounts can't allocate all stock, a message box appears giving suggestions with possible reasons. For example, if you have insufficient stock.
- Click Close.
