How to delete calendar reminders
Description

Sage 50 Payroll contains a handy calendars, events and reminders function.

It's easy to delete overdue reminders that you've already completed. Let's take a look.

Delete a reminder

You must delete reminders individually. If you delete reminders then restore a backup to before they were deleted, those reminders are reinstated from your backup.

  1. Click Calendar.
    TIP: If you can't see the Calendar button, click Show More Buttons until it appears.
  2. Click the Details tab.
  3. In the outline tree, click Overdue.
    Your overdue reminders appear.
  4. Right-click the required reminder, then click Delete Reminder.
  5. Click Yes.
