| Resolution | Remove RDA from a non-manager user 
- Open Sage 50 Accounts and login as MANAGER or an Administrator.
- Select Settings, hover over User Management then select Users.
- Highlight the user, select Edit, then Remote Data Access.
- Clear the Allow Remote Data Access checkbox and click Yes.
- Select Finish, then Save.
- If prompted, log in with your Sage account.
