Remove RDA from a non-manager user




  1. Open Sage 50 Accounts and login as MANAGER or an Administrator.
  2. Select Settings, hover over User Management then select Users.
  3. Highlight the user, select Edit, then Remote Data Access.
  4. Clear the Allow Remote Data Access checkbox and click Yes.
  5. Select Finish, then Save.
  6. If prompted, log in with your Sage account.

Remove RDA from the manager user

To remove RDA from manager, reset RDA.
