Dear partner,

From 01 May 2020 we will be updating our Sage 200 product terms. We are specifically updating references in connection to the following:

• Effect of termination in relation to data retention

We are also introducing updated email templates and data governance processes for products hosted via the Sage Provisioning Portal.

Partners will be required to support customers in extracting data prior to cancellation date, details on the process are available in the following articles:

• Sage 200 Standard / Sage 4 Education
• Sage 200 Extra Online

How will this impact you?

On 29 April 2020 we'll be adding this as a message to versions with the product Launchpad capability.

For all customers on versions without this capability, we'd ask that you share this information with them.
