When you select an invoice and click Print, a list appears providing information about the layouts. Below are the different types of Invoice layout you can choose from:

Euro Includes a Euro total at the bottom of the invoice.
Tax breakdown Shows a breakdown of the invoice by VAT rate.
EC VAT Description If your invoice items use an EC sales tax code, these layouts show the EC VAT Descriptions entered in the item line of the invoice.
With Sage Invoice Payments or Sage Pay If you use Sage Invoice Payments or Opayo (formerly Sage Pay), these layouts include a Pay Now button for your customers to pay online.
Email If you want to send your layout by email, we recommend you choose one of the Plain Paper (Print or Email) layouts.
Secure Mailer / Self Seal To use with Secure Mailer or Self Seal stationery.
