When you Check your data is in good health you may get the following error:

'Price List Index and data files are out of sync'

You must correct this error before working in the data again.  

Fix the error

1. Click File then click Maintenance and click  Recovery Tools.
2. When prompted, follow the instructions to create a data backup.
3. Click Reindex and Compress All, then click OK and click Close.
4. When prompted to check the data again, click Yes.
   
   If the error is still present, you must Restore to an error free backup and reprocess.
