Unallocate a sales payment on account (SA) transaction

Resolution
  1. Click Customers then select the required customer and click Activity.
  2. Select the receipt you want to unallocate, click Unallocate transaction then click Yes.

    If the option is disabled, find out why you can't unallocate a transaction.

The SA is now unallocated. You can now allocate the SA to the correct customer invoice or refund.

If the correct customer invoice or refund is on another customer record you can correct the unallocated SA transaction.
