Print your Employer's P11D(b) Declaration
Description

Before you print your Employer's P11D(b) Declaration in Sage 50 P11D, complete information about the content of your submission.

Cause
Resolution
  1. On the list headed All Employers, select the relevant employer.
  2. On the navigation menu, click Employer.
  3. Select Employer's P11D(b) Declaration.
  4. Select the relevant declaration checkboxes and complete as required.
  5. Go to the Adjustments tab and check the Class 1A values on the declaration.
  6. If required, enter any manual adjustments, then click Save.
  7. Select Print then click OK.
  8. Select Close.

Submit forms P11D and P11D(b) online and issue your employees their P11Ds to HMRC by 6 July 2026.
