Description | When installing your Sage software, the following message may appear: 'Error: 1402: Could not open Key' This is due to a problem in the Windows registry. |
Resolution | - Press the Windows key + R, enter CMD then click OK.
- Type SFC /SCANNOW then press Enter.
- Log into Windows as a different user with full administrator access.
- Try the installation again.
