When installing your Sage software, the following message can appear:
'Error 1325:[filename] is not a valid short filename'.
This occurs when you don't have the correct Windows user permissions.
To resolve this, log on to the computer as a user as an administrator with full privileges and install again.
Don't continue with the installation until you have full administrative privileges, as you can receive a 'Partial download...' message.
If the problem persists, contact your local IT support.
