Change your My Sage login email
Description

If you have a new email address, you must create a new Sage ID for the email and link it to your My Sage account. The online administrator must then grant access and, if required, enable enhanced access.

Create a new user and request access

To create a new My Sage user, you must first create a new Sage ID and link it to your My Sage account.


Change email in My Sage

To edit your email, visit https://account.sso.sage.com, sign in with your current Sage ID, then click Email address.


Online admin - grant access to the account

Grant the new user access

Once you request access, the admin user can grant you access to the My Sage account by completing the steps below:

NOTE: If the online administrator no longer exists, or you don't have access to the online administrators email, please contact us for further help.

  1. Visit my.sage.co.uk if prompted, click Sign In.
  2. Enter your Email address and click Continue.
  3. Enter your Password, then click Log in.
  4. If prompted, click Select for the required company.
  5. Click Account then Account contacts.

    NOTE: If you get an Access is denied message, or the options aren't available, you don't have the required privileges to access this page. Please click Log out and try again using a login with online admin rights.

  6. Click View account contacts pending approval.
  7. Find the person you want to authorise and click Allow then click Yes.
     
    You've now granted the user access to your My Sage account.

Grant further access

To grant further access to view Financials, or to set up the user as an online administrator, click the edit  button for the required option, and click Yes.
