Set up and process salary sacrifice arrangements
Description

You can use the salary sacrifice pay element feature to process deductions such as electric car schemes, or cycle to work schemes.

If you'd like to process a salary sacrifice pension, you can find out more in our salary sacrifice pension schemes guide.

NOTE: When you process a regular pension scheme for an employee with a salary sacrifice arrangement, the employee's contribution is calculated on their reduced gross pay, after the salary sacrifice deducts. The employer pension contribution is calculated on the employee's original gross pay, before the salary sacrifice deducts.
