Adjust the position of the second payslip on an A4 sheet
Description

The standard Sage payslip stationery for laser printers includes two payslips per A4 sheet. Depending on your printer settings, you may find that after you align the first payslip on the sheet, you still need to align the second payslip. 

Cause
Resolution
  1. Select the payslip layout you want to amend, then click Edit.
  2. Click Report then click Report Properties.
  3. Enter a new name and description for the payslip then click OK.
  4. Click File then click Save As then browse to C:\ProgramData\Sage\Payroll\REPORTS\UserDef
  5. Enter a new file name then click Save.
  6. Click Format then click Labels & Forms.
  7. Click Advanced then amend the Height and Vertical pitch values as follows:
    • Move the second payslip up Decrease the Height and Vertical pitch values.
    • Move the second payslip down. Increase the Height and Vertical pitch values
  8. Click OK then click File then click Save All.
  9. Click File then click Exit.
