As a workaround, open the e-Reconciliation file in Excel and re-save it, ensuring the filename contains only A-Z or 0-9 characters.

Double-click the statement file > File > Save > Yes to any format message.

NOTE: This workaround can, on some versions of Excel, introduce an additional formatting issue which results in payments appearing as receipts. Read more >
