As a workaround, you must edit the file format in Microsoft Excel.

  1. Open the statement file in Excel.
  2. Select every cell in column R.

    TIP: To do this, click the column heading for column R.

  3. Edit > Replace.
  4. Leave the Find what box blank > enter a space in the Replace with box > Replace All.
  5. File > Save > File > Exit.

You can now import the file correctly.
