Apply a hold to a single customer record
- On the navigation bar click Customers then double-click the required customer record.
- Click the Credit Control tab and click the Account status drop-down and click a status with an On Hold status.

If an account is on hold, depending upon the on hold status applied, transactions can still be posted to the account providing you click OK when the warning message appears.
