The account status is a useful tool to help you manage your customer and supplier accounts. You can assign a status to a customer or supplier record to reflect it's current credit status, for example, account open, exceeded credit limit, or on hold. Some statuses you apply also place a customer or supplier account on hold. For these accounts, you can set a warning message to display when you post transactions, and, if set to stop the account, you're prevented from posting in the following modules: - Quotations
