Summary
In X3 2025R1 and 2025 R2 Inter-site Transfer transactions don’t accurately track the value of stock movements and result in inaccurate costing data.
Resolution
The issues reported include:
- Wrong calculation of revised standard cost based on AUC after inter-site transfer receipt
- If the only quantity in stock comes from an inter-site transfer, the cost of a component (based on the last cost) is ignored when calculating the standard cost of the finished product
- Creating an Inter-site transfer from site A to B and then a second transfer of exactly the same quantity and price from site B to A, the order price is incorrect in the stock movements of the site A
- ‘Valuation price null not authorized’ error in Inter-site Transfers after transfer of an Average Lot Cost product
- A FIFO costed component's cost is set to zero in a Stock Assembly after an Inter-site transfer
These issues are resolved in X3 2026 R2 (12.0.39) by X3-356514.
A hotfix is also available is X3 2025R1 and R2 (12.0.37 and 12.0.38).
