Customer has created new X3 12.0.38 instance on new server and migrated their 12.0.32 LIVE folder and imported using X3 Console
They want to now run the patch 38 patch against the folder instead of running the folder validation to upgrade the folder to patch 38.
When they do this (in Administration, Update using x3-patch-12.0.38.zip) the patch 32 folder errors and cannot be upgraded.

NOTE: This error is correct, in that patch 32 does not have APACKAGE.fde in FIL directory as it was introduced in patch 36.
Best practice is to validate the folder. You can run multiple folder validations in parallel, by running through the batch server.
