We're resolved this issue when logging into Sage 50 Accounts v33.1. 'There is a problem with your log in details. Please contact the MANAGER or an Administrator user of the Sage 50 company to rectify this issue'.
This error occurs when you log in as a user other than Manager and your Sage 50 Accounts v33.1 version differs on your computers. For example, one computer uses v33.1.359 and another uses 33.1.356.
NOTE:
We've resolved this issue in v34 and above of Sage 50 Accounts. Download and upgrade to the latest version.
Install on all computers
To resolve this, ensure you install the same version of Sage 50 Accounts v33.1 on each computer.
