How to see a detailed breakdown of transactions

How to view the detailed version of your transactions, using reports in Sage Sole Trader.

When running reports in Sage Sole trader, you can view a breakdown of the transactions with the detailed nominal activity report. 

You can run the detailed nominal activity report as a stand-alone report. Alternatively run the Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss report, then drill down into figures to access the nominal activity.

There isn't a detailed report for the Income tax summary (SA103 Short) report. To see how figures generate use the Reports section.

1. Go to Reports and select the report you want to run.
2. Select Change date range, then apply your date range.
3. Select the underlined figure you want to drill down into.
4. A new tab opens with a summary nominal activity view for that nominal code.

5. Select the underlined figure again to see all transactions that make up that figure.

You can only drill down into figures within your report's date range. You can't drill into opening balances.
