What to do after a temporary bank feeds service disruption when using Sage 200

Following a disruption of the bank feeds service, you can resume the connection in Sage 200.

Description

If your bank feeds service is disrupted, you can re‑enter your login details to reauthorise it. This usually happens when your bank updates Open Banking.

Resolution

Log in to Bank feeds

  1. Open Sage 200 and go to Cash Book.
  2. Select the Bank required and click Bank feeds.

    When attempting to download transactions, you will get the following message:

  3. Pressing OK will take you to the re-authorization screen.

  4. Choose Continue.
  5. When prompted enter your bank login details.

    You'll then see the 'Success! Re-authorization message.

  6. Press OK on the message.
  7. You can now download your Bank feed transactions.
