An overview of our in product help and support options, and how to access in Sage Accounting and Payroll. You can access guidance without leaving your work.

Description

You can use the side panel in Sage Accounting, Sage Payroll, and Sage Sole Trader to get help while you work.

It brings support into the product, so you don’t need to switch tabs.

The side panel gives you access to:

  • Relevant help topics based on the screen you’re using
  • Search for guides, answers, and common questions
  • AI search summary

Resolution

  1. Select Help from the main navigation. 
  2. Use the Search tab to seek answers for your questions. 

    TIP:

    The more context you add to your question, the more accurate your AI summary response.

     

  3. Select the Chat tab to speak with our Sage AI assistant.
