You can't currently retrieve Santander bank transactions into Sage 50 Accounts because of a live connection issue. Use this workaround to disconnect and reconnect using the Santander bank feed.
Description
A live incident is impacting the Santander bank feed in Sage 50 Accounts. The issue stops Sage 50 Accounts from retrieving Santander bank transactions.
This workaround disconnects your existing Santander bank feed and reconnects it using the Santander (Connection powered by Sage) bank feed option. This restores the download of new Santander transactions.
Before you start:
- Disconnecting the bank feed removes any bank feeds rules in v30.00 and below. Upgrading to v30.1 or above before disconnecting will retain your rules.
