How to review transactions that Copilot auto-categorised in Sage Sole Trader.
Description
Sage Copilot marks transactions it auto-categorises so you can identify them easily.
These transactions appear in Completed because Copilot assigned a category with high confidence.
Resolution
- Go to Sole Trader.
- Open Completed transactions.
- Look for the Copilot icon next to transactions.
- Use the filter to show only transactions categorised by Copilot.
TIP:
Select Actions, then Edit to change the category. You can't currently change transactions to transfers, instead delete and repost the transaction.
