To modify dimensions, access the Dimensional Modification function and enter the relevant criteria based on the journals available in the system.
After selecting OK, a message may appear stating "No documents meet the criteria", indicating that no matching records were found for the specified parameters.
Caused by having the Analytical control parameter CNTANA set to YES
The ability to modify dimension values is controlled by the Analytical Control (CNTANA) parameter at the user level:
(Path: Parameters → Users → Parameter Definitions → Accounting Authorisations)
Set CNTANA to No to allow dimension changes on journals with both Final and Temporary status.
Set CNTANA to Yes to restrict dimension changes to journals with a Temporary status only.
