How to export your reports in Sage Sole Trader. You can download any report as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file to share or analyse your data offline.

Description

All reports in Sage Sole Trader include the option to export your data. You can choose your preferred format depending on how you want to use the information:

  • PDF for sharing or printing
  • Excel for analysis and custom calculations
  • CSV for importing into other tools

The export options and process are the same across all reports.

NOTE:

You can't currently export the Nominal Activity Detailed Report view.

Resolution

  1. Go to Sole Trader.
  2. Open the report you want to export.
  3. Select Share, then choose Export.
  4. Choose your file type:
    • PDF
    • Excel
    • CSV
  5. Select Export to download the file.

TIP:

Depending on your browser settings, your report can download automatically or prompt you to choose a save location.
