Known issue: C drive fills with .log files

Summary

We've resolved this issue when your C drive fills with .log files when you use Sage 50 Accounts.

Description

These files normally save to C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\logs.

Resolution

 NOTE:  We've resolved this issue in v33.0 and above of Sage 50 Accounts. If you aren't using the latest version, upgrade now.

 

To resolve this in your current, delete the files from your C:\.

  1. Press and hold down the Windows key  and press E to open File Explorer.
  2. Double-click Local Disk (C:) or Windows (C:) and locate any files ending in .log.
  3. Right-click the file then select Delete.
