How to send invoices by email in Sage Sole Trader.

Description

You can send up to 30 emails per day, with a limit of one email per recipient. Or if you're using free, you can send five emails per day.

NOTE:

To send to up to three recipients, add a comma after each email address.

Resolution

  1. Go to Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice that you want to send. 
  3. Select Actions, then choose Email invoice
  4. Enter the email address of the recipient. You can add up to three recipients in the To field.
  5. Customise the Subject and Message to your needs.

    NOTE:

    You can't set a custom default message. Edit the system-generated message to personalise it for your customer.

  6. Optionally preview the invoice before you send it.
  7. When you're ready, select Send invoice. If successful, you'll receive an Invoice sent notification banner.
