Log in as manager without connected services

How to log into Sage 50 Accounts v31.1 and above as Manager without connected services, on the Company Selection window.

In v31.1 and above you can log in as the Manager user without connecting to Connected services. 

You can use this feature if Sage account services are unavailable or you temporarily lose access to your account. It also lets you complete Manager-only tasks without entering your Sage account email.

To see this option you need to have previously:

• Set up your login with your Sage account email
• Signed up to Copilot
• Used a cloud-connected Sage product or service

During this process, all other users must log out of the software and no other users can log in by this method.

 NOTE: The system hides all connected services, but Remote Data Access (RDA) will remain online if used. 

Log in as Manager

1. Open Sage 50 Accounts.
2. Select the three dots next to your Company name on the Company selection window.
3. Select Log in as Manager without connected services.

The software opens without the need to enter your logon details.
