Description

When sending communications from SFA, you can encounter two types of issues in the activity log.

  • Failed to deliver: This means that the system could not send the message to the intended recipient due to a delivery issue
  • Delivered as spam: The system sent the message successfully, but the recipient's email provider marked it as spam

Factors like incorrect recipient email addresses, the recipient's email service filtering messages as spam, or incorrect email settings can cause these issues.
