How to use your client activity log in Client Management.

Description

Using your activity log in Client Management will enhance your efficiency and track your client interactions effectively. 

Resolution

  1. Open your client from the Clients and prospects tab.
  2. Select Client activity log tab.
  3. Choose the date range you wish to search. 
     NOTE: 
    You can change the periods which you view activity for up to 30 days.
  4. You will see:

 TIP: You can sort by Most recent activity, Oldest activity, Username A to Z or Username Z to A in the Sort by drop-down.
