Sage 200

Effective immediately, we’re changing how Sage Business Partner copies of Sage 200 Professional work. This means all additional licences will cease, and a new way to request moving forward.

From today, partners who are accredited for Sage 200 can ask for 3 different types of licence:

• Sage 200 Professional – Inhouse copy
• Sage 200 Professional – Demo copy
• Sage 200 Professional – Support Copy

You can request copies by completing this form and our BP services team will get back to you within our usual service levels.

Usage parameters for these licences are available via this link, it may be updated at any time.

What happens to my current licence?

Your current Sage 200 partner copies (not those deployed via the Sage Provisioning Portal i.e. Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education or Sage 200 Professional (SPC)), will be set to expire either 60 days after your request, or 31 January 2025, which ever is sooner.

What does this mean for you?

• All your partner licences will be provided on a zero price annual subscription basis.
• Before your current licences expire on 31 January 2025, you will need to notify us of the copies you need, and once we have set up your new licences, your old ones will be set to expire 60 days later.
• All new licences will carry a new serial number, you will need to swap this over in your solution to ensure usage isn’t interrupted.

Can we opt out of the migration?

No, it’s essential we complete the migrations, not only will it simplify processes, and reduce administration for all parties but it helps to reduce risks.
