What data do Sage Connect and Sage Network capture?

When I’m using Sage Connect or other Sage Network applications, what information do they capture?

When you sync your accounting system to Sage Connect, quite a few pieces of data are available in Sage Connect, including:

• Customer and Supplier records
• Contact names, phone numbers, and emails
• Invoice and transaction records for up to two years
• Invoice PDFs

Does Sage Connect capture browsing time, IP address, and similar details?

Yes. Sage Connect tracks and stores usage data for internal improvements to the application.  

Does Sage Connect or Sage Network store cookies?

No, we don’t store cookies.
