Data storage for AR Automation and Sage Network

When I’m using AR Automation or other Sage Network applications, what information do they capture?

When you sync your accounting system to AR Automation, quite a few pieces of data are available in AR Automation, including:

• Customer and Supplier records
• Contact names, phone numbers, and emails
• Invoice and transaction records for up to two years
• Invoice PDFs

Does AR Automation capture browsing time, IP address, and similar details?

Yes. AR Automation tracks and stores usage data for internal improvements to the application.  

Does AR Automation or Sage Network store cookies?

No, we don’t store cookies.
