Administrator This is the highest access level. This role gives full access to all areas plus user and business management permissions in GoProposal itself.  Yes Yes

Proposal Admin  This role gives access to view, create and delete all proposals, configure settings, view statistics and invoices. Yes Yes
Proposal Standard  This role gives access to view, create and delete all proposals.* No  Yes
AML Admin  This role gives access to create, approve and decline risk assessments and AML checks, and view AML check documents.* No Yes
AML Standard This role gives access to create risk assessments and AML checks.* No Yes

AutoEntry

Documents standard   This role gives access to view, edit and upload purchase, sales and bank documents and upload new expense receipts.* No Yes

Expenses admin This role allows users to add, edit, upload, approve expenses, and manage expense categories within manage lists.* No Yes

Futrli

Role Description
Super administrator
  • Automatically has access to every organisation on a workspace, regardless of who adds the organisation
  • Can add organisations and invite new users to the Futrli workspace
  • When they invite others to the Futrli workspace, they can give them any role, including super administrator
Administrator 
  • Can add organisations and invite new users to the Futrli workspace
  • When they invite others to the Futrli workspace, they can give them the roles of:
    • Administrator
    • People manager
    • Data manager
    • Guest
People manager 
  • Can invite new users to the Futrli workspace, but can't add new organisations
  • Can amend the permissions for any user that isn't a super administrator
  • When they invite others to the Futrli workspace, they can give them the roles of:
    • People manager
    • Data manager
    • Guest
Data manager
  • Can add new organisations to the Futrli workspace
  • Can't invite any new users to the Futrli workspace
  • Can't amend any permissions for an existing user
Guest
  • Can't add new organisations to the Futrli workspace
  • Can't invite any new users to the Futrli workspace
  • Can't amend any permissions for an existing user
  • Can't access or create workspace templates
