Show leavers on your employee list

How to show employees who have left in Sage 50 Payroll.

Description

You can keep data for up to 3 years. This can mean that your employee list gets longer.

To avoid this, you can use the Criteria option to show and hide leavers from your employee list.

Resolution

Show leavers

  1. Click Employees.
  2. Click Criteria then clear Current Year Leavers.
  3. If applicable, clear Historical Leavers then click OK.
