Summary

How to resolve this issue when you see this error when updating Sage 50 Accounts.

Description

When you try to install an update offered by your program, you see the following error message:

'The system cannot find the path specified'.

The system cannot find the path specified message.

Resolution

 NOTE:  We've resolved this issue in v33.0 and above of Sage 50 Accounts. If you aren't using the latest version, upgrade now.

If you're unable to upgrade, install the update manually.

Install the update manually

To resolve the issue, download the update manually. 

  1. Close Sage 50 Accounts.
  2. Visit our installation hub to get the latest Sage 50 Accounts downloads and full instructions.
