How to connect clients to XERO, Hammock or QuickBooks

Description

Connect Xero, Hammock and QuickBooks to your Client Management system for quick access, allowing you to launch either platform directly from client records.

Resolution

  1. Select your client from the Clients and prospects list.
  2. Select the Products tab from the client record.
  3. Select Connect on the Xero, Hammock or QuickBooks tile.
     NOTE: You'll see a side panel with instructions on how to proceed. You’ll need to paste in the URL to your customer's Xero, Hammock or QuickBooks product page.

  4. Select Continue.
  5. Agree to the terms and conditions by selecting the checkbox.

  6.  

    Select Continue.
  7. You'll see a success message. Select Close.

You'll now be able to launch Xero, Hammock or QuickBooks from the client record from either the Overview or Products tabs.
