 NOTE: for Sage200 products the data is held by the customer. If you don’t have a backup of the data, Sage are unable to provide any information.

We’ll reply to you within 5 working days to ask further questions. Where licences are approved, you will receive 3 emails:

• Email 1 will contain your licence details
• Email 2 will contain your software download link (valid for 7 days)
• Email 3 will contain the password to access the download and relevant links to our support material (Product help & knowledgebase)
