How to switch between Sage Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Carbon Accounting using the app switcher.

Resolution

Before you start

You can switch between Sage products when:

  • You use the same email address to sign up
  • Your subscriptions belong to the same business

The app switcher only moves between products in the same business. To change business, select your company name at the top and choose the business you want.

Switch between your products

  1. Log in to any of your Sage products.
  2. Select the app switcher App switcher icon. in the top-left corner.
  3. Choose the product you want to switch to.
  4. Select the area you want to open.

You move straight into that product and the specific section you chose, which speeds up navigation across your Sage suite.
