ERROR: Script Error when submitting your VAT return

What to do if you see a Script Error when you submit your VAT return in Sage 50 Accounts.

Description

When you open Sage 50 Accounts, you can see an error like this:

The error type and message can vary.

Resolution

NOTE:

We've resolved this issue in v29 and above of Sage 50 Accounts. If you aren't using the latest version, upgrade now.

Dismiss the script error message

The message relates to a problem connecting to a webpage and doesn't affect the application's functionality. 

  1. Press Yes to dismiss the message, and then continue working as usual. 

'Verify I'm a human', or 'Page isn't available' message

You can ignore these messages; they won’t affect your ability to use Sage 50 Accounts. Just continue as usual.
