Move clients between folders

This guide will help organise your client list in Client Management.

Description

To arrange your clients into folders to make them easier to find within your client list.

Resolution

  1. Open your client record from the Clients and prospects tab.


    The client list displays individuals and organisations (optionally) grouped into client folders





  2. Click Client actions and then Move to another folder.





    Select Move client to another folder to move your client to a different folder on the client list




  3. Select either:

    1. In a new folder on my client list.

    2. In an existing folder on my client list.














      Moving a client will move that client's information

  4. Click Move client.
